How do I measure my dog?
COLLARS: Measure your dog’s neck with a cloth tape. You cannot size collars based on a weight measurement.
HARNESSES: Measure the circumference of the dog’s chest/girth right behind the front legs.
Up Country collars and leads come in three widths: Wide is 1", Narrow is 5/8" and Teacup is 1/2"

Teacup collars are recommended for puppies and very small breeds under 10 lbs.

For teacup harnesses, measure girth of animal for correct fit.

All Teacup Collars, Leads and Harnesses are 1/2 " wide.
Cat collars are available in sizes 10 and 12. They have a breakaway clasp for safety.

What is the shelf life of your treats?
Our treats have a shelf life of 18 months.
If my dog or cat chews or scratches their collar can I return it?
No. We guarantee all our products for defects in the hardware and other materials. Chewing through fabric is not part of normal wear or a product defect.
Can I purchase futon covers and cushions separately?

Can I use a promo code towards past orders?
No. Unfortunately promotions are only availble at time and day of sale.
